In this Empowered Health session we will be joined by the radiant Laurie from Radiant Woman Qi Gong, who will be teaching us the concept and benefits of this ancient life art.

“Hi Iā€™m Laurie, my life purpose is to help people learn how to relax, feel amazing in their bodies, shine from the inside out, and live passionately and authentically in the present moment.
Practicing Taiji Qigong is more than just learning how to perform a set of beautiful flowing movements. Yes, it’s incredibly relaxing and feels amazing to practice, but it’s also a set of skills that are transferable into how we live our lives. How we see ourselves, how we treat ourselves (and others), how we eat, how we move, how we breathe, how we communicate. Most of all it’s a route to living a happier life that aligns with what’s important to us. As I watch the transformative power of taiji qigong unfold in my students’ lives, I feel so grateful to have discovered this beautiful life art and I am honoured to teach it.

Lunch Break (1:30-2:30pm):
We are passionate about building community and we believe that sharing food is a wonderful way of connecting. Therefore we invite everybody to bring a vegetarian lunch to share so we can enjoy a collaborative lunch together. Light refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

The studio is an “outdoor shoe free” area so please bring comfy indoor footwear, socks or bear feet are also fine šŸ™‚
